Join Steenberg’s new fitness group where you will be inspired and pushed to your personal best but not more than you are capable with. These training programs will be run by EOGA’s very own strength and conditioning trainer Jonny Sweetnam.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone muscle, run your first 5 km or more, or just start being more active, then these sessions are for you.
Training sessions will include core strengthening, muscular strength, circuit training, short distance running and other various aspects of fitness to give you an all-round training program.
It's all about having fun and getting fit while doing it, so join the Steenberg movement and let's get active.
