EOGA Golf Academy is a business in the sports coaching industry that offers golf instruction to pupils of all ages and skill levels.

Booking And Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be done online. Please ensure that the correct venue, coach, type of lesson, date and time is selected. A confirmation of booking email will be sent of the booking details. Please check that these details are correct.
Bookings may be changed online by following the link received on the confirmation email. All amendments to the booking must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations and “No-Shows” are billed at full rate. A confirmation of cancellation email will be sent.

Return and Refunds policy

Should a prepaid lesson be cancelled with due notice, the client will be refunded in full, of the unused amount in credit, should the client so request. Refunds must be claimed within 3 years of purchase.

EOGA Golf Academy respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We collect information on the following websites controlled by EOGA Golf Academy, which may include Name, Age, Birth Date, Gender, Email address, Contact Numbers and Address for the following purposes:
The information collected will be used for booking of appointments or event registrations placed through any of our websites and for maintaining up-to-date records.
Users who provide information may receive email announcements about products, services, and newsletters. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
We will not share your data with Third Parties for marketing purposes.
We offer links to other websites. When you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa & MasterCard credit cards and debit cards, or by bank transfer into the EOGA Golf Academy bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for EOGA Golf Academy via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

EOGA Golf Academy takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and EOGA Golf Academy chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 11111 Steenberg Golf Estate, Tokai, Cape Town.

Variation

EOGA Golf Academy may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
